Refund & return policy

1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return or exchange requests submitted after this period.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and original packaging.

• Items that are damaged, altered, worn, or otherwise not in resalable condition are not eligible for return.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

3. How to Request a Return

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• Clear photos and/or videos of the product (where applicable)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees will vary depending on the courier service you select.

Returns Due to Our Error

If the return is due to our error, including receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact merritthernandez5855680@gmail.com within 48–72 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photos and/or videos of both the packaging and the item. This will help us investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when submitting your return request.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

8. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly.

Depending on the circumstances, you may choose to:

• Keep the incorrect item and receive a partial refund; or

• Return the incorrect item so that we can send the correct replacement or issue a full refund.

9. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

10. Return Address

Please do not return any product to our company address unless we have instructed you to do so.

The official return address will be provided only after your return request has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Support Team.
